【The neverending search...】 As I have stated in previous epinions, I LUV make-up. You can't beat the goddess like feeling you get when you apply the perfect shade of brand new lipstick, or go out the door wearing a newly discovered diva shade of eyeshadow. For me, the hardest product to find is nail polish. Perhaps this is because I don't really have nails, due to a nasty little habit which Im hoping to kill with my pretty collection of "nail paints". I personally think it has more to do with the fact that I would really like to find a quality nail polish that's relatively inexpensive... CALLAS nail polish is pretty darn close to perfection. It does seem to lean a bit more toward the blue side than the orange however, which suits my complexion perfectly with or without tan. The color glides on smoothly and evenly. One coat is enough, although two brings out the color best. The brush is a nice size, even for my tiny nails. Well, after a few uses, the plstic piece came unglued from the lid part, which is supposed to serve as a nice handle for your brush. I would venture to guess that this plastic piece is no more than a fourth of an inch long. it gets stuck on the upper lip of the little jar, hence the ungluage. So basically you either have to get it back into the lid part well enough that it won't fall out mid paint, or risk getting polish on your fingers as you try to manipulate the tiny amount of space you have. All in all, I seem to find this a relatively minor annoyance. The polish stays put as long as it should, with a low occurance of annoying chips. The polish is smooth enough that touch ups can be done is needed, without looking patchy. For someone who doesn't have much time to devote to redoing polish jobs, this is nice. The polish dries quickly though. Mine dries in about 5 minutes, 2 layers included. Anyway, this polish gets my five stars despite that lid thing. I don't find polish like this very often!!★★★★★
